Multi-Camera Systems
The Tengri Unmanned vehicle HUB computer features a Multi-Camera System that allows for up to 5 cameras to be used simultaneously with Picture in Picture (PIP). The videos below show a test flight of the massive Octocopter featured on our Home page. The main camera is a forward facing FPV camera that moves with the drone to allow the operator to see the orientation and heading. The top right camera is facing straight down to see what the drone is directly over. Bottom right and bottom left show the landing gear and payload (not attached during these tests).
With multiple cameras, we were able to spot an issue with our landing gear and correct it in-flight. The left gear went up but did not come down. After cycling it a few times we were able to bring it down safely. The Multi-Camera system is a must have for many reasons, but this is a big one. Pay attention to the bottom left camera in the beginning and then at about halfway.
